Project Overview

This project involved the restoration of a fire-damaged patio roof following a significant incident that left sections of the roofing system unsafe and beyond repair. The objective was to remove the damaged materials, restore the structure, and install a new roofing system that would return the outdoor entertaining area to a safe, functional, and visually appealing condition.

The Challenge

The existing patio roof had sustained extensive fire damage, resulting in melted and deformed roofing sheets, damaged fixings, and compromised weather protection.
